My Mother Would Be Proud!

I remember when I was about 15 years old my mom taught me about the power of prayer. She had a can do it attitude - she could do anything. One day the dryer broke and she decided that she was going to fix it herself. And she did but not without an earnest prayer to her Heavenly Father to help her get the drum belt on. Well on Tuesday I had the chance to take my first dryer apart. I thought about my Mom, the whole time, and the lesson that she taught me over 12 years ago! Kelton thought that it was pretty fun too! He was rolling all over by bedroom in the dryer drum!!

Pretty!

What a funny gir! I put the clip in her hair - she knew that it was cute - then not a second later she crawled away and ripped it out of her hair! What a stinker!

So how does this look??

You've Had A Birthday

Good Morning Nohea! You are 1 Year old today!!
I can't believe how quickly she has grown! I mean - LOOK AT HER!

We took her to Denny's for dinner! She loved it. We had some eggs, pancakes, hashbrowns and toast! She was in heaven!

She drew her first pictures!!

She was trying to break the world record for the most goldfish crackers in a mouth at one time! I think she may have done it!

We went home and opened her birthday presents! She got a doll and a ton of clothes! I mean - what do you get for the girl who has everything??

Her birthday cake was angel food cake with strawberries and whipped cream! She loved it! Again trying to see how much she could fit into her mouth at one time!

The are really starting to have fun together! I love watching them interact!

Nohea!

Kelt!

Just My Cute Kids!

Aren't they darling! They both are so much alike and yet so different. They both are very particular about they way that they like things to be done and the order in which they should be. I don't know where they learned it - so it must just be something in their personality!

Clean up!

Nohea has discovered the drawer under the stove! It slides out real easy and has a lot of noisy things in it. Matt was saying the other day that he was going to have to put a lock on it to keep her out of the drawers and cupboards. Right after he said that she started putting everything back into the drawer and then closed it!! It was so funny and so cute! She is such a smartie!!!
